Am I fit enough?
Yes. Our Graft sessions are specifically designed for all ages and abilities. We encourage you to take things at your own pace, so please don't worry about your current level of fitness. We completely understand that you might be feeling nervous and put off by traditional 'bootcamp' style training - which is why we created Graft. Our whole ethos and philosophy around exercise is 'motivating not militant' - you have to start somewhere and we want you to start your bootcamp journey with us.
What training do you do?
Graft is a real mix of different training methods. From HIIT workouts to circuit based exercise, core strength to cardio conditioning. We keep each and every session varied, fun and challenging.
Where is Graft?
We run our outdoor group fitness sessions at two amazing venues. 4 sessions are held within the beautiful grounds of Mayfield Lavender Glasshouse Cafe (Reigate Road, near Drift Bridge) and the other 4 take place just 5 minutes away, within the private grounds of Epsom College. How much is Graft?
The cost of our sessions are dependant on how frequently you wish to attend. We offer discounted monthly Graft membership options, to suit your needs. How long is Graft?
Each session is 45 minutes.
How many instructors are there?
We currently have 5 Graft instructors to keep our sessions varied and fresh. All of our instructors are qualified personal trainers so you're in safe and very capable hands.
