Am I fit enough to take part in Graft sessions

Yes. Our Graft sessions are specifically designed for all ages and abilities. We encourage you to take it at your own pace so please don't worry about your current level of fitness. We completely understand that you might be feeling a little bit nervous and put off by traditional 'bootcamp' style training - which is why we created Graft. Our whole ethos and philosophy around exercise is 'motivating not militant' - you have to start somewhere and we want you to start your fitness journey with us.

What sort of training do you do at Graft

Graft is a real mix of different training methods. From HIIT workouts to circuit based exercise, core strength to cardio conditioning. We keep each and every session varied, fun and challenging.

When and where do your sessions take place

We currently have 5 outdoor and 3 online sessions per week. To view our current timetable please visit our Home page. All of our outdoor sessions are held within the beautiful, private and safe grounds of Epsom College, Surrey, KT17 4JQ.

How much do your sessions cost

The cost of our sessions are dependant on how frequently you wish to attend. We offer monthly Graft membership options, as well as Pay As You Go. Whatever payment method you choose rest assured that we do not tie you into any contracts. We keep things nice and flexible. How long are your sessions

Each session is 45 minutes.

How many instructors do you have

We currently have 6 Graft instructors to keep our sessions varied and fresh. All of our instructors are qualified personal trainers; you're in safe hands.
