We train at two fantastic Epsom venues:
Mayfield Lavender Glasshouse Cafe - Four weekly sessions within the beautiful grounds
Epsom College - Three weekly sessions in the private grounds, just five minutes away
AM I FIT ENOUGH?
Yes - absolutely. Graft sessions are designed for all ages and all abilities. You’re encouraged to work at your own pace, so please don’t worry about your current fitness level. Our ethos is “motivating, not militant” - everyone starts somewhere, and we’d love your starting point to be with us.
WHAT TRAINING DO YOU DO?
Graft combines a dynamic mix of training methods to keep every session fresh, fun, and challenging. Expect a balance of circuit-based exercises, HIIT, bootcamp-style training, core work, and cardio conditioning—no two sessions are ever the same. We have four regular Graft instructors delivering our sessions, along with a team of ad hoc instructors. Each brings their own style and energy, keeping your training varied, safe and motivating.
HOW MUCH IS GRAFT?

HOW LONG IS GRAFT?
Every session lasts 45 minutes.
CAN I COME FOR A TRIAL?
